Summary: Isabella is an absolute gem. Funny, witty, and a great instructor. The pasta dishes were absolutely delicious. Butter sage sauce for the ravioli and a lovely tomato sauce for the other.

Summary: We had a great time with Isabella and she was very patient with our 6-year-old who loved the class and was totally absorbed in making his pasta the entire time. We didn’t all get the culurgiones shape right. Our only feedback is that we would have benefited from more expert help in getting our culurgiones to look like Isabella’s! Everyone loved the sparkling wine also. Grazie mille, Isabella.
